Singing Curriculums

  • This class focuses on the techniques, styles, storytelling, and emotions brought forth through dance and singing for musical theatre. Students will meticulously pair the challenge of singing and dancing at the same time to a diverse array of choreography and song.

  • Building on the emotional connection and storytelling touched on in musical theatre dancing and singing, this class focuses on the foundations of healthy, sustainable, and expressive vocal technique. Students will start off class with breath work and lung capacity, and will then move into practicing the use of different aspects of their voice, and continue on with exploring their authentic voice through different musical styles, all while encouraging a sense of freedom and relaxation in the body and mind.

  • Singing curriculum, students may choose to continue studying Singing in the Elementary Division. Students In the Elementary Division will progress through Levels A, B, C and so on.

    Using the foundations laid in Beginner Singing, students will continue to build strength and healthy habits in vocal production, explore a wider range of aspects of the voice, and go deeper into authentic expression and musical styling.
